Our 2026 Fellowship opportunities are open to Immediate Graduates of the Post graduate diploma in Education and B.Ed Graduates.
There are 2 categories of Fellowship cohorts that are based on their teaching experience and certification(s) held:

Fellowships and Internships
EILA SOMPA INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
(Supported Teaching in Schools students)
At EILA we will enable interns or students looking to have their attachment in Supported Teaching in Schools (STS) to use our facilities to learn which will be mutually impactful as they also get to learn from professional teachers already here during their academic journey whiles still attending their respective educational colleges or universities.

This Fellowship is geared towards B.Ed candidates. These EXPERIENCED GRADUATES ( More than a year Teaching Experience) will be offered mentorship and opportunity to teach 2 subjects and receive a stipend.
This Fellowship is focused on immediate Graduates of the Post graduate diploma in Education. These FRESH GRADUATES who have attained Less than a year Teaching Experience will be offered mentorship and development while teaching 1 subject and receiving a stipend.
